The Employment Alliance is a team of Professionals committed to enhancing the quality of life for persons with mental illness by creating employment opportunities. We value the dignity of the individual and support each person's desire to work.

a comprehensive range of employment services to adults in Cuyahoga County who experience mental illness. The Employment Alliance began offering its services in a central, accessible location close
to downtown Cleveland in February 1999.
