Warmline

 

          Spectrum’s WARMLINE is a peer-support telephone line that is available to all mental health consumers in Cuyahoga County.  Anonymity and confidentiality are protected at all times.


CALL (440) 886-5950

The line is staffed by mental health consumers, 7 days a week, 20 hours a day, from 5 AM to 1 AM. The peer-support workers are trained to provide a listening ear, emotional support, and appropriate referrals (including Crisis Intervention when indicated). The Warmline meets the following needs for callers:

1. The need for support, especially during non-business hours when professional service providers are not always available;

2. The need for encouragement from peers, in managing symptoms of mental illness, and;

3. The need for referrals to community services.
