Personal Property and Real Estate

Spectrum of Supportive Services will accept gifts of personal property and real estate that are owned outright by the donor.  Acceptance of gifts of personal property and real estate require the approval of the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors.  Any gift of real estate or property will first be appraised. 

Life Insurance Gifts

A gift of life insurance can be made to Spectrum of Supportive Services by naming Spectrum of Supportive Services as the irrevocable owner and beneficiary of the policy.  Gifts of life insurance policies require charitable contributions from the donor to Spectrum of Supportive Services in the amount of any premiums, including unscheduled premiums, which may become due.
